Why do we cast bias on people who are different from us?

Sometimes we do it to try to make sense of what we don’t know. But is that fair? Or accurate?

    Most likely not.

Relationships are formed when people gravitate to what they have in common.

When we focus on our commonalities, we create connections. And, believe it or not, we were MADE for connection.

    Are we different? Yes.

Are we more similar than we think? YES.

How do you find commonality with the people around you?
