Join FASHRM as we welcome Olivia Ecker, Director of Talent Management at HZO.  Olivia will be discussing the necessity of effective workplace communications and provide some techniques to maintain communication during the time of crises.

Olivia is the Director, Talent Management at HZO, Inc. and has professional experience in the biopharmaceutical, financial services, and technology industries. Olivia is passionate about the 4 phases of “The Employee Experience” including candidates, new hires, employees, and alumni in full support of a “people first” HR Strategy. After relocating to North Carolina in 2018, she experienced her own career transition and is dedicating her time outside of work to helping others who are experiencing career transitions of their own through the Wake Technical Community College Career Transitions Forum and Dress for Success NC. She is also a member of the Raleigh Metro SHRM Programs Team and a volunteer with Note in the Pocket and Haven House. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Political Science from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY, and an MBA from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY.
