    This is a friendly reminder about the exciting opportunity to participate in the SHRM25 Affiliate Delegation Program, which offers our Chapter a chance to enhance engagement, boost SHRM Annual Conference & Expo 2025 registrations, and earn financial rewards. This program is designed to deliver value to our members!

    Program Highlights

    The SHRM25 Affiliate Delegation Program offers a unique benefit to members and the community of our affiliates.  This initiative encourages affiliates to promote group conference registrations using SHRM-provided marketing materials. The program is only available for new SHRM Annual Conference & Expo registrations from May 19, 2025, through June 20, 2025.

    Group Registration Discount

    There is a 20% discount for groups of three or more registrants from the same Chapter. This would allow for chapter members to save funding if registration is completed using the group registration of at least three chapter members.

    Earn Financial Incentives

    The following incentives are being offered for attedance of SHRM's Annual Conference & Expo 2025:

    • Chapters earn $150 per paid registration.
    • This allows for the Chapter to raise additional funding for future endeavors.

    The incentive only applies once the Chapter has reached 3 or more processed registrations.
